IMMEDIATE LOADING IMPLANTOLOGY "ALL ON FOUR" AND "ALL ON SIX "
Immediate loaded implants placed with the “All on Four – All on Six ” techniques are the ideal solution to rehabilitate the entire dental arch with a fixed screwed prosthesis (Toronto Bridge). It is indicated in case the patient lost all the dental elements or it is necessary to extract them because they are compromised.
The fixed prosthesis is attached to the implants and is made using CAD-CAM technology (Computer aided design and manufacturing of the prosthesis).
The technique used consists in placing tilted dental implants tilted to avoid important anatomical structures as the inferior alveolar nerve, the maxillary sinus and the nasal cavities.
This technique allows to place long dental implants avoiding bone grafts taken from other places (intraoral/extraoral). It is a great advantage for the patients in terms of biological and economic costs.
The “All on four” technique allows to place an immediate fixed provisional prostheses (Toronto). Then, after three months, the treatment is finalized with a definitive prosthesis that can be made in ceramic or resin. This procedure is a good alternative to implants and prosthetic rehabilitation in more complex cases, it also has the advantage of a minor cost to the patient than the regenerative techniques.

THE TORONTO PROSTHESIS
The Toronto prosthesis, screwed on implants, is designed so that the switch between fake gingiva and the natural one is not visible; The holes in which are contained the screws will be perfectly closed with a tooth color material (composite resin). The implant anchorage is guaranteed by 4 or 6 implants.
In our Center we have consolidated a technique that allows to obtain an excellent aesthetic result of the dental structures with particular attention to the structures of the gums as well (pink gum). In these cases a prosthesis with pink gum which simulates soft tissues is the best to obtain an excellent aesthetic. Our desire is to faithfully reproduce dental and gingival anatomy in both form and color for a beautiful smile respecting the harmony of the face.
