Bridge on Implants – Clinical Cases

The patient came to our clinic after several bad experiences and previous failures of other treatments. He presented several carious lesions, continuous fractures of the old prosthetic restorations and widespread gingival inflammation.
This complex case was aesthetically and functionally rehabilitated with a prosthesis on natural teeth and implants.
Thanks to our consolidated team, new materials and techniques it was possible to restore an adequate occlusal stability and masticatory function. The new prosthetic restorations are biologically integrated with soft tissues, giving a very natural look of the smile.

Carious lesions involving upper incisors, grade 2 mobility of the old prosthesis. Buccal plate resorption and implant exposure. Incongruous prosthetic restorations both functionally and aesthetically.

The case has been solved by placing 4 post-extractive immediately loaded implants in the premaxilla region and removing the exposed implant. The implants in the posterior regions had a good stability so it was not necessary to remove them. Prosthetic rehabilitation of the upper arch with 12 elements zirconium-ceramic bridge.
