Young patient, suffering from marginal gingivitis and gingival hyperplasia. Altered morphology of upper incisors (conical shape) and increased interdental spaces. Muco-gingival surgery was performed after pharmacologic therapy for the healing of periodontal tissues. The correct dental morphology was finally obtained with highly aesthetic prosthetic restorations: additional-veneers.
